#1 – The "Evening Cruise" is the only cruise that we offer the option for "guaranteed upper deck seating".

#2 - The only way to purchase tickets in advance, is to purchase them online.

#3 - Online ticket sales are available up to 30 days prior to a departure date. (i.e. Want to purchase a ticket for June 20th – you will be able to purchase after May 20th).

#4 - Online ticket sales CLOSE at 6:00 a.m. the day of the cruise. (i.e. Want to purchase a ticket for June 20th – you will have to purchase tickets online prior to 6:00a.m. June 20th)

#5 - If online ticketing has closed you may call 269-857-4261 to check on availability only - we do not take over-the-phone reservations for groups less than 20.

#6 - Once online ticketing has closed, it will show that there is "no" availability for the day. There are usually tickets available for cruises but will be same day/in person sales only at our ticket counter/dock located at 716 Water Street, Saugatuck.

#7 - All available tickets for the day will go on sale when we open for the day.

#8 - Seating on day cruises are first come/first serve – we can seat 80 on our upper deck and 70 on our lower deck.

#9 - Infants require a ticket.

#10 - REMEMBER to check the day and time to make sure you are purchasing tickets for the day/departure time on the trip you wish to take prior to completing the transaction.

#11 - Fareharbor charges a 6% service fee for purchasing tickets online.

#12 - Cancellation of online tickets must be made 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund for your tickets – call 269-857-4261.

#13 - If you receive a refund for your online tickets, it will be made through the credit card that you purchased them with online; it will take 7 to 10 business days for you to see your refund on your credit card.

#14 – You may bring your own snacks (food only) onboard.  You may NOT bring any beverages onboard.  Children may bring sippy cups/bottles.

We carry a state of Michigan liquor license, and outside beverages are not allowed onboard.  IF, you have beverages with you, we will be happy to place them in our cooler until you return from your cruise.  On a cash basis, we sell snacks (chips/candy/cookies) non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages onboard the boat.
