…When it came time for our cruise, the entire staff was friendly and helpful, especially with my grandmother, which is one of the most important parts of any experience for me. Both getting on and off the boat was smooth thanks to the guidance and help from the staff. Not once did anyone act as though we were inconveniencing them by wanting to share this wonderful experience with someone with limited mobility….
Lovely excursion on Lake Michigan. 90 minute tour. Staff were all very welcoming. Appreciated being on the upper level and in the open air. Beautiful Michigan sunset scenery. I liked the music mix – 60s, 70s, 80s classic R&B and Pop. Thinking of coming back in the Fall to get a view of Michigan arrayed in her Autumn Glory.
A Beautiful Boat Ride tour of the nice houses along the River and a trip out into Lake Michigan . Didn’t do the sunset cruise but I am sure it’s awesome . Nice courteous staff on Board the Boat . Highly recommend
If you’re looking for a beautiful breezy good time offering great views then look no further. My wife and I took the sunset cruise. You board the boat around 830. We called earlier in the day and made reservations. The boat takes you around the bay and out the channel to Lake Michigan. The boat has a full service bar with friendly staff and music. Each party will get their own table, ours was perfectly located in the back of the boat near the paddles and was uncovered offering the perfect place for a 360 view of everything. The houses and boats you see along the way are simply immaculate, the view once you get out to the lake offers the perfect view of the sunset over the lake. Will definitely be back when visiting Saugatuck. Perfectly timed excursion to end the night after dinner and drinks in town.
It was really interesting to see the town from the aspect of the river, and the Captain gave a nice narrative about the history of the area. My wife and I both enjoyed the chance to view many of the beautiful homes that the trip gives you as well… We thought that all of the staff were very professional, helpful, and genuinely friendly.
Perfect amount of time on the water, with great views and history.
